By accessing and using the AlquilaPY website (the "Platform"), you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Platform. These terms govern your use of the Platform and any content, data, or information accessed through it.

2. Nature of the Platform

AlquilaPY is an information platform. We publish rental market data for Paraguay, including price ranges by neighborhood, common landlord requirements, comparisons between furnished and unfurnished properties, explanations of the guarantee system, and sample contract templates. We are not a real estate agency. We do not list properties for rent or sale. We do not connect landlords with tenants or tenants with landlords. We do not earn commissions or fees from any rental transaction.

3. Informational Purpose Only

All content published on this Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to enter into any specific rental agreement. The data we publish represents reference information based on our survey of active listings and should be treated as such — not as a definitive statement of market prices or legal requirements.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and, where appropriate, consulting qualified legal or financial professionals before making decisions based on information found on this Platform.

4. Data Accuracy and Limitations

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the data we publish is accurate and current. However, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information on the Platform. Rental market conditions change. Listing prices are not the same as final agreed prices. Our data represents a reference point based on publicly available listing information at the time of our survey.

We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on information found on this Platform.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may reference information from this Platform in private negotiations or personal research. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish substantial portions of our data or content without written permission.
• Use the Platform or its data for commercial data aggregation or resale purposes.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or extract data from the Platform in an automated manner without prior written consent.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Paraguayan law or international law.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, design, structure, and data compilations on this Platform are the intellectual property of AlquilaPY unless otherwise noted. The underlying rental listing data is sourced from public portals and is used for informational reference purposes. Our original analysis, organization, and presentation of this data is protected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlquilaPY and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, or from reliance on any information published on it. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from decisions made in connection with rental negotiations, contract signings, or financial commitments.

8. Third-Party Content

The Platform may reference or describe information from third-party sources such as Paraguayan real estate portals. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of content on those external platforms. Reference to any third-party portal does not constitute endorsement of that portal or its listings.

9. Changes to the Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paraguay.
