Why we built this platform
When someone in Paraguay looks for a rental property, they're often navigating a market where information is scattered, inconsistent, or simply unavailable. Landlords set prices based on what they've heard. Tenants accept terms they don't fully understand because they have no reference point.
Our team started by asking a simple question: what would change if both sides had access to the same market data? The answer was clear — negotiations would be more grounded, contracts would be less mysterious, and the overall rental experience would be less stressful for everyone involved.
That's what we set out to build. Not a real estate agency. Not a listing platform. A reference resource that anyone can use to understand the market before they commit to anything.
Who does the work
Our team combines backgrounds in data analysis, legal research, and local market knowledge to produce monthly updates that are both accurate and practical.
Our research team accesses active listings on Paraguayan portals each month, records prices, and organizes the data into the structured ranges you see on this site. Every figure goes through a verification step before publication.
Our legal content team reviews Paraguayan rental law and standard contract formats, then translates the key clauses into plain-language explanations that tenants can actually use when reading a contract.
Our editorial team takes the raw data and legal analysis and turns it into clear, readable guides. The goal is always practical: a reader should be able to act on what they've learned without needing additional help.
How we approach our work
We are clear about what our data represents and what it doesn't. Listing prices are not the same as final agreed prices. We say this explicitly in every section where it matters.
We publish information useful to both tenants and landlords. We don't advocate for either party. Our job is to give both sides the same quality of information.
